Pre-Set Pressure Regulators: A Set-It-and-Forget-It Solution
The Pre-set In-Line Pressure Regulator (RVFUP Series) is a newly established product category for PISCO, and addresses a critical need for consistent and stable pressure without requiring manual adjustments. Designed for companies looking to simplify their operations, the Pre-Set regulator offers a push-lock system that maintains a fixed pressure, making it ideal for use with small-sized cylinders where precision and air efficiency are key.
One of the product’s main advantages is that it requires no individual pressure adjustments once installed. The RVFUP series makes assembly easier by maintaining a fixed secondary pressure, which minimizes fluctuations even when the primary pressure changes. This regulator prevents unauthorized adjustments, incorporates a reverse flow function, and optimizes air consumption. It’s ideal for applications requiring stable, minimal-pressure regulation.
This feature, which saves both time and energy, is especially appealing to manufacturers in North and Central America (Mexico), as well as in parts of Asia, where demand has been high. With the Pre-Set regulator, companies can achieve reliable air control without the ongoing hassle of recalibrating equipment, making it an attractive solution for operations where uniform pressure is essential.
Since its launch a few years ago, the Pre-Set regulator has steadily gained popularity, especially in the American and Asian markets. This year marks its debut at JIMTOF, where PISCO is actively promoting it to a global audience, aiming to expand its reach beyond its initial target markets.
Custom Coated Tubing with Integrated Electric Wiring: A Versatile Solution for Complex Systems
PISCO also presented a custom-coated tube system that integrates electric wiring within the air tubing, a unique offering designed for industries needing versatile and customizable air solutions. Unlike traditional tubing, which often comes in standard lengths and configurations, Pisco’s custom tubes can be made to specific requirements. Options include unique shapes, such as corkscrew-style tubes, as well as a range of colors and lengths.
This product is adapted to multiple applications, including air compression, electric wiring, and air supply systems, all within a single unit. The innovative design allows air to flow through one section of the tubing, while electric wires are securely integrated into another section, streamlining functionality and conserving space. This integration is especially useful for complex machinery, as it reduces the number of separate cables and hoses needed, simplifying installation and maintenance.

The Orifice Flow Speed Controller (JK Series)
Designed to streamline mass production, the JK series allows for speed control without adjustment. It features selectable orifice bores (from 0.1 to 2.0 mm) and flow rates, marked clearly on the body for quick reference. This controller is particularly useful in specialized machinery requiring consistent, precise flow rates.
The Slot-head Speed Controller (JSD Series)
For situations that need occasional speed adjustments, the JSD series offers easy needle adjustments with a slot screwdriver. Standing at roughly two-thirds the height of standard controllers, it saves space and prevents unintended manual adjustments.

The Ball Valve Lock-out Option (BVLO Series)
To enhance safety, the BVLO series features a lock-out option, preventing unauthorized valve operation. The translucent body makes it easy to see the handle position, and it can be locked with either a padlock or cable tie.
Change Valve with Removable Handle (HBV-NOC Series)
This valve’s removable handle prevents accidental flow direction changes, improving operational safety. It can also function as a bulkhead type, with only the handle visible on the panel front, offering a secure and flexible flow control solution.
