V-SHOOTER, the First Vibration Analysis Camera

/ /

Synergys has introduced the first vibrational analysis camera, the V-SHOOTER VBS1T. After launching a clever leak-detection system, the French company now offers an innovative tool for vibration monitoring and analysis. The portable V-SHOOTER camera takes a machine condition picture. The automatic diagnosis system aids both beginners and advanced users interpret the condition of the machine. The photo’s three colors indicate the degree of vibrational conformity. Elements in green are within ISO 10816 limits, while those in yellow are out-of-limits but not a threat to the machine. Red indicates vibrations that are critical to the machine’s operation. The V-SHOOTER is equipped with a high-quality external accelerometer, LED stroboscope and a pyrometer. The MCPs can be saved, uploaded to a PC and incorporated into a report with detailed vibration data and trend curves.
