KUKA’s new platform allows customers to access and analyze robot data on any device. Built on open standards, it leverages the latest web and mobile technologies and big data analytics to maximize access to connected KUKA robots.

There are two levels of service. KUKA Connect Lite offers condition monitoring, a timeline with routine maintenance milestones and robot and controller identification data. KUKA Connect Plus adds real-time robot state and fault notifications, exportable data reports, an enhanced timeline with real-time faults, a comprehensive event log and a 4-D visualization of the robot.
